The Nexora Vocational & Skill Development Centre (NVSDC) is a flagship training initiative of Nexora Care Foundation — established to directly address one of India's most pressing challenges: the widening gap between formal education and real-world employment readiness.

Millions of young people across Telangana complete their schooling or graduation without the practical, job-ready skills that employers demand. NVSDC exists to close this gap — offering free, certified, hands-on vocational training that transforms individuals into confident, capable, and employed professionals.

Our centre serves youth, school leavers, graduates, and working adults from all economic backgrounds — with a special focus on underprivileged communities who lack access to costly private institutes. Every course is designed in alignment with industry needs, ensuring that what we teach is what the job market actually values

💻 Computer Skills & IT Fundamentals

A foundational digital literacy programme that turns complete beginners into confident computer users. Covers hardware, software, office productivity tools, the internet, and digital communication — building the baseline skills required in virtually every modern workplace.

⚡ Electrical Wiring & Installation

A practical trades course giving students the skills to work as electricians, electrical assistants, or start their own electrical services business. Covers domestic, commercial, and basic industrial wiring with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

• Basic electricity — voltage, current, resistance, and circuits

• Domestic wiring — switches, sockets, and distribution boards

• Electrical safety, earthing, and circuit protection

• Installation of fans, lights, and home appliances

• Reading electrical diagrams and wiring layouts

• Troubleshooting and fault-finding in electrical systems

One of the most employable skills for commerce students and graduates — Tally proficiency is required by virtually every small business, shop, and office in India. This course trains students in practical bookkeeping, GST filing, and business accounting using Tally Prime.

• Accounting fundamentals — debits, credits, and financial statements

• Tally Prime — company creation, voucher entries, and reports

• GST — registration, invoicing, return filing, and compliance

• Payroll management and employee records

• Bank reconciliation and cash management

• Basic income tax and TDS fundamentals
